Building a Better Humanity

The human rights course is organized annually for over 30 years with the aim of providing a first specialization training of professionals working in the field of human rights.

Besides the necessary historical journey through the process of encoding and internationalization of human rights, reviews various protection systems, both regional and universal. While special emphasis on international law of human rights, not leaving aside national legislation, regional and local.

During the course and through various training sessions offers an approach, mainly legal, various aspects of human rights.

Furthermore, according to the different contexts and historical moments in each issue addressed sectoral issues that address the needs of today.

As a generalist and multidisciplinary course your recipients are varied and that goes to anyone interested in having a first approach to human rights. So are identified: students, staff / as, teachers / as, third sector professionals and the general public.

Students of the course can be both people involved in human rights theoretically and various professionals working directly or transversely to the field of human rights.

During the course is an attendance, students who meet 80 percent of it will receive a diploma. Furthermore, to obtain a certificate of achievement is necessary to submit a job using the criteria of the organization.

Students can benefit from practice in the regional ombudsman of Catalonia.

Also offered a scholarship to attend the course, residents of Latin America.
